I am from Finland and I can tell you that you will find rice from every retailer store. It is not the most typical dish in restaurants but like you said you will get it from Asian restaurants.
And yes, everything here is expensive except internet

but damn... yea i have to prepare myself for the costs. what do you recommend for internet/mobile sim and data for 4 months @dromzz ?
You can get unlimited 4g for 20-30€ from almost every operator. you can use Elisa or Moi for example.
