There is no specific date for each sale but it will update in the next few days. Smart Containers will announce the opening of the whitelist, the open day for sale each sale through all of their media, but also open to everyone to follow.
| Token Distribution - Use of collected funds
SMARC Coin (USD 36 M)
The funds received during the token sale will be split as follows: 42% will be spent scaling SkyCell. 36% will be used for launch + scaling FoodGuardians. 10% will be used for reserves + team gratifcation. 5.5% will be used for marketing for both companies. 6.5% will be used for Develop Smart Containers IT.
LOGI Coin (USD 4 M)
The funds received during the token sale will be split as follows: 38.75% will be spent Initial IT development costs (open source). 37.5% will be used for LOGI Foundation Set-up + running. 18.75% will be used for Marketing Investments (3 years). 5% will be used for marketing for Finances + Fees.

Reading through the white papers, blogs, articles, and the Smart Containers web site led me to the conclusion that this project was worth the investment. The Swiss authorities have confirmed the legal compliance of ICO Smart Containers with Swiss Financial Market Law. This is the basis of Smart Containers' goal to be a role model in the ICO space. Personally I would contribute to the sale of the public and I am confident that this project will not only influence positive to our goals but also the logistics industry
