You see great leaders since Marcus Garvey, Andrew Carnegie and Einstein knew that there was a lot of unfairness in wealth and they understood more than anyone else the implications. The solution starts with skilled labourers, highly trained professionals, veterans in combat and offices, children in school, on the streets, governments and world leaders. The solutions vary from a universal basic household income (which would make me smile all day everyday), to better creation of jobs, to more entrepreneurial undertakers, lower education costs, AI, blockchain technology, fintech but mostof all financial education from the most basic level- preparatory school. I know this is a bit indirectly related to SMART but bare with me. In an era where all people are told is to perform like a star in academics to get a good stable job, all they are really saying is; let me run it through the conformist translator:

I know there are very few jobs now and I really don't know any better way to earn an income to survive. I want to be able to pay my bills when I am old and stopp working but I won't be able to. It is you my son/daughter that will be responsible for doing so since I like billions of others have no retirement funds. The government and large companies we trusted are cutting pensions even from the best service members and healthcare. If I get sick I might die of it especially if it is life threatening. I mean you well but don't know what to do to save you from my money problems you'll probably have when you're my age. I just wish I was taught better.

The global educational system is flawed. They teach you everything majority of what you do not need to know but ignore the one subject that determines your quality of life and health amongst other things. I know you will probably question how is one related to the other. They both are very much are directly related. Here is how:

I'll use a very famous example from my teacher Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad).

Robert was grown in a poor household. He had two dads. One was a teacher and the other was a serial entrepreneur and investor. The teacher was head of some major school board for all schools in Hawaii. The other was Robert's friend's father. He is referred to as 'Rich Dad'. The teacher made a run against his superior to become a government member at a top level. He lost and when he did everything else was lost with him. He lost his job, got an ass whooping, reputation was gone but he still had a pretty darn great resume. He like many other would brush himself off and hunt a new job. His resume was so decorated with achievements you could see his face shining through the paper. Surprising nobody wanted to take him on because he was too qualified. Can you believe that nonsense?

The man decides to build himself an ice cream business. He called a bunch of teachers together and he plunked out heavier than Mike Tyson's punch from his savings. It failed and he lost everything.

Rich dad ran several businesses, held A class real estate and had a I hate school on his resume.

He hated school for not teaching him to make money
He loved school because smart people get to work for him. He was a high school dropout like Bill Gates. He was the richest man in Hawaii and started from nothing. By 13 he was on the street doing hustle and building up that money making, deal closing killer instinct that you don't learn in a formal education system. You just can't teach the skill to kill. Sorry about bloody imagery! But the skill to kill doesn't come from a text book. I've never seen myself or anyone learning to swim, run as fast as Asafa Powell Usain Bolt or ride a bicycle from a text book.

Joe: Hey Jane go find the text book on how to learn to swim.

Joe: What is in Chapter 1?

Jane: Have an experienced person show you

Joe: Okay. How do I start?

Jane: The book says.....

At the end of it all, if I throw Joe out into the sea he drowns. He coughs up water like a flooded engine. The point is we need more education about how to earn and real life training because every time I see more success I see more action. SMARTCASH rewards action. It is where people help and learn from people and not text books. What I can say I rate and respect above everything else is this is really deserving of the name SMARTCASH because you don't pump and dump honey! Most people or all need something they can believe in. That's exactly why fairies still exist (in cartoons). This blockchain is built in such a way that the people know it is here for the people to be ruled by the people. While jobs are not bad, it's not what it used to be. 20% or more of the global jobs are at risk over the next decade. University education is overpriced and government aren't here to save the starving people. When people with Martim Luther dream come together and get rewarded...my gosh!! So essentially SMART can be a top ten because it beats the STEEM blockchain in my view in many ways already and STEEM is top 20. It is highly respective of privacy so it throws a roof over you when you're naked so "Big Brother" cant show their perverted privacy breaching behaviour. I know we just can't wait to see which fortune 500 CEO gives SMART a shout out!

Focused on Community

Normally the cryptocurrency culture is miners thrive at peril of buyers. Now thing get interesting since we have a level playing field. Contributers are around every crypto especially big daddy bitcoin. However they don't get rewarded for a bold idea or a tweet that gets 500+ retweet about BTC. SMARTCASH does that and it is absolutely brilliant. Community development and contributions get rewarded via their SMARTHIVE. No need to fear for a mining difficulty going to the moon or having to switch out ASICs every six months.

SMARTCASH is more community focused than any social media I know. Not Reddit, not steemit, not Facebook, not WordPress or Blogger. I don't even know why FB is there but...yeah. It is very rare to find something that I'd just about a community mission and wants everyone to be smiling and eager yo be involved.
