My Tryst with the Smartcash Brain wallet
Ever since I joined the smartcash https://smartcash.cc/ communty I have been trying to try out the various wallet options.
On top of the wallet page https://smartcash.cc/wallets/ is the webwallet
One can start using the webwallet from here https://wallet.smartcash.cc/
Below it are the links for the
Mac wallet
Windows Wallet and
Even an Android Wallet
However what really attracts me is the presence of a brain wallet and I am keen to try it out.
Clicking on the brain wallet takes me to https://paperwallet.smartcash.cc/brainwallet.html
This is the place to create a brain wallet.
Before I can do any action on the page a message pops up
I close out the disclaimer and proceed
The next screen prompts we to enter a passphrase and make sure you note it down somewhere properly for future reference.
It gives you the option of viewing your passphrase and also printing it out for safe keeping.
Clicking the view button would display the new smartcash address and the private key
Yes they attracts me too, but for new being I preferred first for the web wallet, maybe later I'll check again.
