Creating a CryptoCurrency Ecosystem with SmartCash.
I have recently posted a pre proposal on SmartCash forum. The proposal is entitled "Creating a SmartCash Ecosystem in Malaysia". You can read the pre proposal here

There are a couple of reasons why I choose SmartCash as the currency to be introduced to that community.
The voting system. SmartHive Governance Portal allows anyone to create a proposal that will be funded from the community budget. Anyone with SmartCash can therefore vote for or against the proposals.
SmartCard. This is the enabler for my proposal. Most of the community there earns below $400 monthly and do not have a Smartphone. With SmartCard they can easily shop at the local grocery store with nothing other than just a loaded SmartCard.
Value of SmartCash. Current value of SmartCash is around 10 cents to 12 cents. It is much easier to deal in SmartCash than in Bitcoin due to human nature. It is easier to calculate 20 SmartCash on lunch rather than 0.0000001 Bitcoin, for example.
With SmardCard and SmartHive voting, makes it possible for me to initiate a small ecosystem in my area. Hopefully I can start the real proposal in the near future once the SmartCard is avaiable.
