As of Feb 11th 2018 SmartCash Coin Distribution

Introduction

Here is the current SmartCash Coin Distribution as of Feb 11th 2018.
If you have been following my posts, as of late, you would know that I have been writing about SmartCash SmartNodes. And, you would know that I'm a big fan of SmartNodes and the proliferation of these nodes.
Due to the nature of how SmartNodes pay out, many SmartNode owners want to know how many the final count will be after all is said and done. For SmartNode owners the lower the amount of SmartNodes the bigger the payout or better said the more times they will be paid. SmartNode owners are paid every 1571 Blocks per day. So the Payout Frequency = Nodecount / Blocks per day. As of today the total SmartNodes are ~8721. That makes the pay out about every 5 days.

What do you think the Max number of SmartNodes will be?

This is a question that no one really has the answer too. However, we do know the current SmartCash Coin Distribution. And as you can see from my Chart above 74% or ~958 Million coins are locked up in one way or another. There are still 26% of the coins that are not locked up. Worse case or best case depending on how you look at things would be a Max of ~42,053 Smart Nodes that are possible as of today (8721 + 333,3328 Unlocked/10,000). If that happens then SmartNode owners would get paid every ~27days. At that point it might NOT be worth owning a SmartNode? Or will it?

More SmartNodes are better. Really?

I maybe one of the few SmartNode owners that think this. My logic goes something like this.

1. If we have 43K SmartNodes then more people are invested long term in the project and that will bring stability to the coin and more demand that will drive up the coin price.
2. We will have a bigger presence in the world and customer experience will be better because it will enable instant pay.
3. It will allow the developers to leverage this infrastructure of other ideas and tech that we haven't even thought of yet.

So what price are we looking at?

Today Smartcash is around .32 cents today or 0.00003780 BTC. This puts the coin at a Market cap of $222,938,803 USD or
26,116 BTC. If Smartcash can break into the top 10 coins or even that of DASH which stands at 12th place as of today, that would make it a Market Cap of around ~4.8 Billion. That would make it 21.7 times more valuable than it is today. Therefore, it would be priced at about $6.93. That would make a SmartNode worth about $69K.
But....
A lot would need to happen for SmartCash to get there. We need a lot more visibility in the world (SN count would help here). We need to be listed on more Exchanges. We need the developers to continue working to bring more features to the coin that differentiate ourselves from the competition.

Have faith and be positive

I'm going to keep the faith that this underdog coin will win the day. The vision of this coin is solid. The tech and developers are solid. The community around this coin are solid. We just need a chance to show we can make a difference and change the world.
