Smart Cash Is Smart Money

Smart Cash like a few coins recently has an Anonymity protocol, called renew which uses the Zero Coin Protocol. That is a very useful and cool feature. However, it is not the factor that sets it apart from all other cryptos. No, what sets this crypto apart from all other cryptos is the awesome combination of the Smart Reward's program with the Community-backed programs like Smart Hive and Smart Voting. Before I dive into how this combination makes Smart Cash a force in the cryptocurrency/altcoin world, I'll explain a little bit about the features behind these two keys cogs.

Smart Rewards are what is being billed as a price stabilization method. This is similar to how stocks pay out dividends. The Smart Reward is given out based on if the user 1) has at least 1,000 Smart Cash in an address and 2) has not moved the Smart Cash or withdrawn any from that address in the period of the 30 day snapshot. The snapshot is taken on the 25th of a month and the rewards are also sent out on the 25th.

The other major piece of Smart Cash is how the Smart Rewards are determined. This dives into how Mined block rewards are given out as well. There is a three way split between block rewards. The community treasury to fund projects and Smart Hive receive 80% of the block reward (70% of that goes to the community projects and incentives and 30% goes to the development team for necessary system maintenance, expenditures etc), 15% is the Smart Reward pool that then gets distributed according to those that meet the criteria ( the more you hold, the larger your piece of the pie is) and the last 5% goes to the actual miners. The interesting thing here is that this helps with a core issue causing a lot of the hard forks right now; it prevents mining centralization.

Above you already started to see Smart Rewards and Community are closely tied. Smart Rewards are not the only opportunity to earn additional Smart Cash. Some of the rewards that go into the community project pool are used to promote growth and reward the individuals that help to bring awareness to Smart Cash or bring new ideas. For instance Smart Cash has an Ambassador program to reward those that write articles or make videos educating people about Smart Cash and their experiences (learn more here Ambassador Program). This helps promote a really active community; it is also helpful that the developers are active on slack and always willing to talk with the community (I tend to lurk on their conversations, but I see they are quite responsive and willing to answer questions).

As mentioned above, there is a very active community and development team; however, this is not unique in the crypto world. What is unique is giving that community a voice. The projects that the team and community focus on are presented by either members of the community or of the development team to the Smart Hive. From there, the community can utilize Smart Cash to cast a vote for a particular project that is being proposed. In the voting process 1 SMART is 1 vote. The proposals up for vote have a set amount of votes required to pass. One great example that is currently about 75% funded is a Steemit guild and footer banner campaign. This adds a completely unique element to cryptocurrency, allowing the community to help steer the direction of the development of the project. As mentioned earlier, limiting the mining centralization was a big part of helping to carve a path for success for this community backed crypto.

Combined, Smart Rewards and the Community Backing allow Smart Cash to encourage people to hold onto their SMART's by rewarding them with more, they also reward their community by giving back to those that contribute to the community and try to grow it and they provide a voice for the community that has grown and evolved to propose new ideas and vote on the ideas of others. There is a cherry on top of all of this though. Smart Cash is nearing a new feature termed InstaPay that is geared toward allowing **Credit Card ** speed transactions. This would lead Smart Cash into a market of massive potential that their strong community can help foster and grow into. For these reasons I see Smart Cash as one of the most promising coins out there and a top 20 or higher coin in the near future.
