SmartCard

tried to sign up for the smartcard yesterday, printed out a nice card for myself at Walgreens? Posted a proposal on Discord Smarthive proposals for a collective of users to make capital available to card holders from their various accounts. When a transaction comes out of a person's SMART not allocated on the card but in their account, that person would pay a fee to the collective. One of the ways said collective would reward it's members, and help a cardmember who may need SMART in a pinch. I would appreciate any inputs.
