I know the rules of the project and it could be a great one in Steemit. But I the founder must promote it wider to all steemian community. Indonesian Steemians don't get much information on this project, we have to do something, right?

Are you trying to say that Indonesian people don't get upvotes from Slothicorn?
I think Bahagia is trying to say the founder of slothicorn should tell the indonesian community more about how Slothicorn works, and promote it to the Indonesian steemit users.
Although, if bahagia is saying that, I assume is part of said community and should take responsibility and become the local slothicorn promoter in it ;)
all one has to do is lookup #slothicorn tag to see the posts and follow @slothicorn account to find out more about the project. the project is well advertised. People just need to know what to look for.
