The simplest yet!...SLEEP! For real; go to bed...early! Sleep is one of the best things for you. Your body literally needs it for everything, probably more so than you could ever imagine. Look it up! Get your 8 hours or try anyhow;) LOL. Don't stay up for the news, that needless drama or game...DVR it or better yet, forget about it!😂 Kidding, to each his own, but wouldn't crawling into a nice warm (or cool, whatever floats your boat) bed feel so good right now?
