Sleeping is good thing for our health. It re-energizes our body, However, there are some people that really have a hard time falling asleep no matter how sleepy they can be,yet for some , sleeping is no problem at all. There are people the can sleep anywhere at any time.

How much can the body really tolerate when you cannot sleep properly or how is our body when we oversleeps, or is there really such a thing? or it just that the body is telling us that "Hey, I need to rest more"

In today's society, how much sleep are we getting? and how much time can we afford to sleep? What is keeping us awake or what is keeping us asleep?
