A Good Night Sleep

Did you have a good sleep last night?
Sleep is vital to our body, we need to sleep at least eight hours, but how many of us could sleep right with society that we have now? Sleep is very important in our physical and mental well being. While we are sleeping our damaged cells are restored, our body is energized particularly our heart. It gives us good looks, all of us want to have good looks, right? A good sleep gives glow to our skin.

What are the causes of sleep deprivation?
Factors that affect your sleep disorder. Environmental, the noise in the adjacent room, the shouts and videoke in the neighborhood. You are not comfortable with your bed, somebody beside you is snoring like a roar of lion. Your favorite computer games are depriving you from enough sleep. Students who spent sleepless nights studying. Working on shifts affects your sleeping habits, when you are stress with your troubles and worries, the most common relationship problems, debts and due date of monthly bills.

What are the effects of sleep disorder?
It affects your work, consider you are driving, your alertness and precautious to avoid accidents. Some are irritable and moody, they are hard to deal with. For students' academic performance is affected, during my college days, five successive days lack of sleep, “I felt like a zombie walking along the corridors.” Heart and mental illness are the dreadful effect of sleep deprivation. Lack of sleep means less productive.

How to combat sleep disorder?
For coffee lovers like me avoid having coffee six hours before bedtime, caffeine takes time to lose its effect in our body. Alcoholic drinks and smoking although there are some when drunk get sleep. Avoid watching TV or playing games in your android phones while in bed. According to certain article I’ve read sometime “Make your bed a place to sleep and sex only.” Working on shifts, make your room dark or you can use eye mask, have the right temperature and warn your housemates not to make noise. Regular exercise but not before going to bed and healthy diet. Make a list of your bills which one is the priority, make settlements with your creditors don’t hide from them, they will haunt you even during bedtime.

I would like to share my self-affirmation before going to sleep and it is a part of my prayer “Tomorrow is a new day, full of blessings.” If all these doesn’t work try to see a doctor, there might be some physical problems and they can help you a lot. “Have a good sleep to all.”

Yep, What also helps with sleep is mediation, and working out too.

STop eating 3 hours before bed and no working out 4 hours before bed.

If you keep productive and moving thruoughout the day, youll sleep better too.

Sleep in a cold, dark, and reduce as much noise as possible. I also keep the electronics off too!
