Good sleep good health and work

It's a reality that i'm going to explain that if we are working in the day and sleep in the night on time and complete our sleep as required we will be very healthy,active and fit for our work,game and all the other things. For example, a person who sleep at 10pm and woke up at 5am will have a complete sleep of 7 hours which is perfect for a mature person and when he woke he has much tume to go for a walk which will keep him fit and healthy and also he can have a proper breakfast in the morning before going to work he will also feel very fresh during the working hours because of the energy he gets from the morning walk and breakfast. It will lead to his success in the work and also his reputation will increase among others as he is coming on tume working properly and perfectly next he will be very good to his family beacause a proper sleep and a healthy body is always in good mood and also refreshing so he will be good with his family.it also boost our immune system by the help of which we are saved from the diseases and have a good health.A picture is also attached at the end for better understanding.
