I try to wake up from my sleep 😴 but I feel like something is pressing me down why?
Sleep paralysis is feels scary😱, but it's actually pretty common, and not harmful to health. Although it's not very well explained, it seems to happen more frequently in people who are stressed or exhausted😓, over-sleeping or not getting enough sleep, or sleeping at odd hours 😪- basically, someone whose sleep cycle is disturbed. Usually sleep paralysis goes away along with a regular lifestyle and healthy sleep schedule.
