8 Common Sleep Problems And How To Solve Them Easily

You will agree with me that sleeping is one of the most satisfying activity you can do after a very tiresome and laborious day. A good sleep is a must to have. According to scientist, 6 hrs of sleep is good for human body as food is to the body system. However, sometimes it could also be one of the most difficult things to do.

What can you do if you start feeling unwell/sick and drained out of energy all day because you not having a good sleep? To help you out of it, today i have compiled few common sleep problems and ways to fix them all easily.
Below, i've listed out some problems and how to fix them.
1. Snoring

Sometimes, you may not know when you start snoring which could result as a major disturbance to your partner . To solve this problem, Try sleeping on your side or keep a pillow to keep your head and neck straight.

2. Back Pain

Sometimes many people do wake up with back pain, which simply indicates your wrong body posture while you were sleeping. To solve this problem, Try sleeping on your back and keep a pillow underneath your legs.

3. Neck Pain

Many times, Neck pain is one of the most common problems. So, again sleeping on your back is recommended and this position is known as Supine position.

4. Leg Cramps

Night leg cramps can attack anyone while they are sleeping. To get rid of this leg cramps, do some stretching of the body before going to bed. Also, for one to reduce the risk of cramps in the future, do exercises thrice a day to stretch the affected areas

5. Heartburn

This is sometimes common symptom created by acid reflux. It is advisable to Stay away from cigarettes smoke and avoid caffeine. You can also chew gums to neutralize the acids. In addition to it, sleep on your side, as it prevent the food from coming up to the esophagus.

6. Can’t fall asleep

This is one of the most common sleep problems which even i face sometimes. With the invention of cell phones, the number of people facing this issue has risen up so high.So, what you would need to do to solve this problem is First of all switch off your cell phone, Pick a novel that entices you. Sometimes, Reading a book will make your eyes tired which in turn will make you fall asleep.

7. No fixed wake-up time

Many people today complain about not being able to wake up at a fixed time. This is very easy to solve. The key to get this problem solved is repetition.
i. Fix a time and start waking up at that time only even if it’s your holiday.
ii. Sleep early.

8. Waking up with a shoulder pain

To solve this problem Sleep on your back to prevent shoulder pain or use the pillow to support your neck and head when sleeping sideways. Sleeping on the back is the most advisable position by doctors.
