How to keep the pillow in good condition?

For this, it is necessary to take into account the material with which it is made. Daily use causes it to gradually lose its properties, so it is recommended to change the pillow every 3 to 4 years.

Another variable to take into account is hygiene. The pillows become impregnated daily with dead skin, various secretions, saliva, and skin mites. All these biological remains favor bacterial growth.
