Why I Run, Day Eleven: Because 😴 Sleep is Amazing!
I love sleep! Did you know regular and vigorous exercise improves sleep?! I did. It keeps me running. In the words of Shakespeare "..to sleep, perchance to dream...". I have marvelous dreams. Running and sleeping produce the best ideas and the best healing effects.
Great sleep means freedom from health problems, improved libido, increased intelligence, better emotional regulation, a more positive outlook, fewer health costs, and definitely a happier momma!
Last night I enjoyed the best sleep in two years, albeit brief. And feeling like ten million BTC means I'm just gonna get up and go at it again. But today is for play, so the kids are coming with!

Ok....now I need to exercise....guilt is coming out -- darn Catholic in me...lol
