1. Avoid watching the late news

dont watch late night news. there are many negative news like murders,financial problem, rape cases and many other negative
new that can give bad impression to your brain. watching bad news before going to bed can stay up all night.

2. Dont eat good before yous sleep

its important to watch what you eat especially at dinner (night time).avoid heavy meals at night. always eat your dinner before two hours you sleep.

3. plan your worry time

before laying bed and worrying, you need to sit in the chair and worry then. glovinsky said. get your to-do list in paper so your mind is clear and you are not doing a mental checklist of errands in bed.
