The "sky ice" is made out of the solid metal oxygen, which as it freezes forms a dome, the sphere being most efficient form of organization of matter with least amount of surface area. When below its freezing point the metal oxygen evaporates into O3 ozone and molecular O2 gas hence why it dry shrinks until there is nothing left.

Structural investigations of solid oxygen began in the 1920s and, at present, six distinct crystallographic phases are established unambiguously.

Within the larger circle is the smaller circle that moves around at the speed of 27 miles a year, motion of the magnetic North, where the small in scale Carbon based life is at, while all around it is the ice region where the Silicon giant dwell. Beyond the large circle of ice giants is another star system where so cslled extraterrestrials are, greys and whatnot, with Mars snd Venus being their Sun and Moon. Beyond that circle is another one where Saturn and Jupiter are the luminaries and highly technologically advanced Silicon giants are. The whole system of concentric rings is inside a so called Cosmic Egg. The Egg is surrounded by 170 other Eggs with the whole group of Eggs inside a Cosmic Cell. 8/
