HELLO EVERYONE:-
Loosing body fat is not a too much difficult process. All it need is proper intake of protein and heating our muscles i mean regular exercise. By doing continuous moment by our body, muscles in our body gets heated. for example, we do one hour work out that produce certain amount of heat in our body. By creating this heat in our body continuously by doing workout we able to reduce that stubborn fats. this is the basic mechanism. In this skipping rope plays important role in body warm up. In this post i attached video of playing 1000 skips.
