Skin Moisturizing and Renewal with Milk, Honey 🍯 & Oilve oil

A lot of people, myself included, suffer from dry skin during the colder months of winter. Luckily, there's always a remedy for dry skin. I researched and found that milk, honey, and olive oil make a great facial.
Each of these ingredients by themselves have the Amazing ability to provide healing and renewing benefits to the skin. We can look at all these ingredients individually to learn their benefits. Starting with honey,

• HONEY 🍯
  -provides rapid wound healing
  -prevents eczema
  -reduces the severity of acne scars
  -lessens wrinkles and fine lines
  -increases cell renewal
  -prevents psoriasis

• MILK 🐄
  -milk has lactic and amino acid in it that act as a gentle exfoliant for the skin
  -it softens the skin
  -boost moisture levels and
  -calms and soothes

• OLIVE OIL 🏺
  -Used as an under eye treatment
  -fights cancer
  -has anti aging properties
  -soothes cracked skin
  -fights free radicals and
  -can be used as massaging oil

Besides those advantages and uses mentioned above, milk, honey and olive oil have other benefits when consumed orally. Those will not be included here to make this article about facials only.
Here's the simple process to make and apply this facial:-
Start by washing the skin to allow direct contact with the skin surface.
Then mix all three ingredients in your desired proportions.
Apply it directly to your skin and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes
Rinse and thank me later 😊😉

I prefer raw cow milk for this purpose. This can also be used in relaxing 🛀 baths at home.
