I don't know if something like this has been done before but I feel there is definitely a big enough community here that this may be a very awesome competition for all of us to do together, share skills, love for family and friends we may have never met from our growing steem family.

This is a hands on challenge to connect us at random to other users.

I am not sure how many are willing to join in as this will be a challenge to make something in the real world and provide another user with easy to follow directions in your own post to reproduce the item on their side for a fellow users child. This is not for those of us on the site, it's for the little guys at home. So if you're a mother, father, big brother or big sister this is for you. 

The idea: Make a Child Happy

How I hope this works is users will post an item their kid wants for Christmas or just in general life if you do not celebrate the Christmas Holiday that is a type of hand made item. So this isn't a post to get your kids presents bought but a chance to learn how to make something your kid wants and have the guidance of another user to produce it. So, no sorry. I can't make your kid a PS4 or Flatscreen but I could show you how to build a shoulder cannon out of kitchen supplies. I know, extreme example but I wanted to kind of give an example of the type of thing you could ask for. 

The idea is that you just post the items name in the comments below and if another steemian knows how to make the item and feels like making a video showing you how to make the item, you found your gift giver by their reply to your items name. Next the one who is going to create your special item and show you how it is done step by step will create their own post dedicated to you for your kid or little brother/sister.

These are the types of gifts that continue giving for a long time, some will be very simple and there may be a few different ways to create these items which may produce more video's more quality post for the platform and a little more cheer to go around the platform.

There are no rules to this idea, I also do not mind if you take the idea and rewrite it differently and reproduce it for your audience. If you like the idea and don't have VP, a resteem is a much better way to spread the love of the idea.
