He's right about us (the UK) taking advantage of other nations when we were powerful. I don't think any war on drugs has ever worked though. It's usually just the government's way to make sure they get a big enough slice of the pie, and have a bit of a population cull while they're at it :S
Actually, most of the killer are the drug lords and their right hand or their trusted leader or pusher, cause they don't want to be in prison. They killed their minnows or their planktons that are surrendering to the government.
But there's an instance that some of the policemen doing that said thing.
they taking that advantage to kill drug users/pushers to be promoted or to received a reward.
Cause Mr. President told them there's a price on each head.
He became famous because he has the iron hand of justice.
"If you have sinned, then I will punish you."
"Do not try to destroy my country, and my youth or else I will kill you."
He is also famous on this Story: One day when he is the mayor of Davao City Southern part of the Philippines. There's one tourist who entered on a restaurant from Davao city and he smoked inside of the restau... we all know that there are rules and regulation about smoking in private and public place.
So then the owner tried to talk to the tourist but the tourist is so hard, and don't want to listen.
sadly to say, the late mayor of davao is close to the owner. So the owner called the late mayor and in just few minutes he came with a gun. He pointed to the tourist's in his one of the most very important body part hahaha!
and said to him, swallow it or loss your _______?
Then the tourist swallowed his cigar and Mr. duterte ask him if it's delicious, then he said it's delicious. Hahaha!
