Day 3 [Week One of Six Week Health]-Sauteed prawns

Delicious and irresistible prawns sautéed with garlic and paprika. An entree or cover that will make us look good in family or friends gatherings.

5 min cooking + 40 min. Preparation Easy difficulty

Ingredients: sauteed prawns
800 gr. of prawns
1 or 2 teaspoons of paprika
6 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt



How to make sautéed prawns?

The first step to make sautéed prawns, will be to remove the heads of the shellfish and peel it. On the other hand, what we are going to do is roll the peeled garlic.

With these previous steps, we will already have prepared most of the recipe for sautéed prawns. Now, we will put a frying pan on the fire (if we have a clay pot, it will be even better) with a jet of oil. When the oil is hot, we toss the garlic and fry it until it starts to catch color. Next we add the prawns and sauté them with the garlic. At the moment when the seafood begins to vary in color, we toss the paprika, stir quickly and remove the casserole from the fire.

To finish, over the sautéed prawns we will throw a generous amount of fresh minced parsley, and that's it.
