Six Week Health Challenge;Week 6

Health is wealth so says the adage!!!Well the importance of a healthy food (balanced diet,and prepared in the environment)cannot be overemphasized as everyone knows that for an individual to be vibrant and well equipped for all areas of life,then a healthy meal is non negotiable!!!
Very few people (though they are aware of the importance of a healthy meal) take time to select their meal and many end up eating chunks all in the name of having fun at eateries (though this is not to say that all meals eaten at eateries are junks). But I believe that it is necessary that we be careful and selective enough about our meal so that high regards can be placed on it...
For me,A healthy meal mustn't be prepared with so much money but even with little we have,we can make a very good meal.. The one I have here(I mean the picture am about to upload)was not prepared with so much but even at that you will discover that it is nice and balanced diet.
Finally, since steemit its a great community where we plan building up our selves,I would recommende that we take it upon ourselves to ensure we prepare healthy meal always (and that in the right environment and with the right ingredients!!!)
