Week SIX of #sixweekhealth challege, Avocado! Gorgonzola! Salad!

Hello to everybody!
A.Avocado chicken macaroni with nutritious salad.

1.Boil macaroni separately till it is soft.
2.Stirfry the chicken mixed with salt, pepper, oregano, and mango curry.
3.Mix the macaroni with chicken.
4.Add sliced avocado, rucola, and spinach to the mixture.
5.Some cream and cheese will do the trick.

A1.Nutritious salad

1.Lettuce, parsley, celery, spinach, and rucola washed, cut.
2.Add tomatoes, corn, cucumber and crunchy bread slices.
3.Dressing: lemon juice, salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil.

B. Steak and homemade oven sweet potatoes

1.Cut sweet potatoes, put on oven plate, some salt, and pepper, in oven at 150celcius for 1 hour.
2.Put the steak in a very hot pan which had garlic and rosemary heated in it, 3 minutes each side.
3.The salad is explained above.
4.Dressing: 100g Gorgonzola cheese mixed with a bit salt and pepper and 10% fatty cream on low heat. Mix till gravy is uniform.
