# Thai Chicken Cashew Nut Salad

# Ingredients

For fried chicken

Chicken - Cut 1 cup into a small cup

Cornflour - 2 spoons

Eggs - 1 piece small

Soy sauce - 1 table spoon

White pepper powder - a pinch

Salted

Oil - for deep fried

For salad

Raw nuts - Roasted 1/2 cups

Kaki - 1/2 cup cut into small cubes

Cut the carrots - 1/4 cup into small cubes

Pepper coriander leaves - cut into 3 cups half cup

Onion - 2 spoons cut into half cup

Green Mitha - 1 teaspoon cut into half cup

Sweet refined sauce - 2 tablespoons

Fish sauce - 1 spoon

Lemon juice - 1 spoon

Salted

# Instructions Preparation:

1. Mix a bowl of chicken, chicken meat, eggs, pepper powder and salt. Mix well

2. Heat bay leaf oil from bay leaf and bay leaf.

3. Mix all other ingredients with fried chicken cube in another bowl.

4. Serve with Thai soup or fried rice
