Recreate in Family a Spending or a Need?

Faced with this world full of pressures for workload, studies or saturation of cities, family recreation has been a right and even more so for our young children.
It is important because it also develops trust between parents and children and children learn to be self-confident.
There is a wide variety and ways to recreate in family as art and culture, visits to museums, research centers, educational, social, leisure, sports, outdoor life, in the latter there is the freedom to perform any activity with members of our family that serves us with greater attachment and union, as well as physical activity for the good of our health.
The pace of life, the consumerism that consciously or unconsciously guides our behavior, the problems we have to face in order to satisfy our daily needs, are negatively influencing something that we sometimes do not even think about and is essential for our development as human beings: Quality of life. All human beings should aim at something fundamental: enjoy life and improve its quality, but this is not achieved with a simple desire, it is necessary to do our part.
The lack of recreation creates a need to have fun that is not limited by the age we have. Scientifically studied and proven that fun gives us joy, takes away tiredness, relaxes us and, as a result, helps us to be more optimistic and productive.
