Really inspiring post!! I would love to by some salad seeds now :D
I once made the big mistake to start about 20 plants at the same time..of course all were also ready at about the same time and we had sooo much salad we couldn't eat :D

    Yes, i'm rotating, about each week I start sprouting new plants so i have more or less steady supply
