having been to dubai once this would make total sense. most places have had a really bad time with transportation in the middle east and they are spending serious money in 2018 on upgrades in cities across the land. 12 minutes to get from one to place to another. crazy. .
Especially for all the business people needing to travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, this would be huge.
And you're right, Dubai is already full of innovations and wants to upgrade and show how futuristic it can be, so this project fits perfectly!
