The Best Productivity Apps (Mobile & Desktop) To Help You Work More Efficiently!

Technology has improved our lives in so many different ways - can you even imagine the times when you were not able to tell your friend you'll be 10 minutes late because there were no mobile phones, and when you were not able to google anything at any time and actually had to use books to research!

It seems like there's an App for everything nowadays, so why not use Apps to enhance your productivity even more?
These apps will help you work more efficiently, procrastinate less, remember things, keep track of your tasks and progress, keep a digital notebook, and manage your calendar.
In the end, everybody has to find out what works best for themselves, but I definitely feel like apps can help you be more organized and productive since we spend so much time on our electronic devices anyway!

The app Paper lets you draw or sketch any notes, combine them with text or images, create charts and diagrams, create lists, arrange or customize them and much more.

Time Management Apps

Be Focused

Be Focused is a Time Management App that lets you combine a to-do list with a timer.
You can organize all the tasks you need to do and add a specific time interval to them.
The app will then remind you to complete the task, work as a stop watch, lets you track and analyze your progress and more.

Forest App

The Forest App lets you plant virtual trees in order to help you being more focused and less distracted!
How it works: You open the App to plant the tree, and whenever you then open your phone to do anything else (procrastinating...) your tree dies.
The goal is to grow a healthy virtual forest and stop being so distracted by your phone!

RescueTime

We all know that the internet is a big temptation to start procrastinating.
To stop that, RescueTime tracks the websites and apps you use the most, and also notes how much time exactly you spent on it. You can then review the statistics and make the appropriate changes to work more efficiently!
