There is definitely a fine line between a nap making you feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day, and a nap that is too long and makes you feel groggy and slow. Great napping tips! :)
Definitely - naps can go very wrong and you'll sleep for way too long and wake up groggy and tired.
