I agree excessive sleep can be just as harmful as not enough. I try to take a 20 minute power nap during the day , but sometimes, just closing your eyes for five minutes can be very beneficial.
That's true as well, good point.
And yes, naps that are too long can get quite "dangerous" if you wake up feeling groggy afterwards!
