Is "Single" A Dirty Word?
I have a confession to make. I'm single. There. I said it.
With the blessing of Society; you now have the permission to do & say:
Throw popcorn at me at the movie theater.
Gawk and stare at me when I dine alone.
Are you gay?
You just need to lose some weight.
You're such a nice guy...any girl would love to date you.

Sarcastically whistle at me when I pass by you and your crew while I'm by myself.

I'm actually envious. I wish I was single. After 21 years of marriage (and I married super young....no one should even consider it until they're at least 25 in my opinion, and I was younger than that), single life starts to look insanely attractive. My other married girlfriends agree. We all wonder why we ever thought getting married was a good idea in the first place, and believe single life is really the best choice for everyone. None of us would ever want to get married again if we found ourselves single. So, I say, hats off to you. Marriage? Who needs it?
