Throwback Thursday: The simple things in a Cambodian village

#TBT to the time I was soaking up all of that Cambodian sunshine in the best little village outside of Siem Reap, Lolei Village. My daughter and I taught English for 3 weeks at the village school. The three of us lived with a local family and were blessed to experience so much of the local culture. It taught me appreciation for all that I have and the importance of slowing down from time to time to experience the simplicity of life. There is something so peaceful about walking across the rice fields as the sun sets and the monks are chanting in the distance.
