Veg omelette is a simple breakfast recipe that is made from vegetables. Vegetable omelet in Indian style is made very simply. You can eat veg omelet at any time, whether you like to eat it in breakfast or it is served in lunch or dinner. It is healthy and you can eat it at any time.

Ingredients Required

  1. One cup gram dal
  2. One large onion finely chopped
  3. Two medium tomato finely chopped
  4. One cup rice
  5. Slightly finely chopped coriander
  6. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  7. Three green chilies finely chopped
  8. Two tsp Oil to fry
  9. Salt to taste

How To Make?
To make vegetable omelet first, wash the rice and lentils thoroughly and soak them both for at least for4 to 5 hours before cooking. After this, grind them both in the form of a paste in a mixie. Now, mix this mixture in a bowl and add salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander etc. Keep this prepared mixture aside now.

Now take a nonstick pan and keep it warm to the gas. Heat the frying pan with oil, or spread the oil on a light frying pan. Now add 1 cup of the bowl on the pan with the help of a big spoon and spread it thick in a circular shape. After the diffusion, let the oven down and let the omelet sink. When the omelet is squeezed from one side to golden brown and dried with the raw side or top side, then the omelet is cooked. Now turn the omelet away from the other side and cook it with a light oil. Bake on both sides until golden brown. Your hot hot vegetable omelet is ready.
