If I'm right about all this, their Spending Power will actually go up a little, compared to all the other Fiat Currencies...

The Banking System will need to be responsible for all their Digital Fiat Dollars and Cents, if they want to stay in Business...

The Banks will need to convert their Digital Fiat into our Electronic Coinage at the same 100 to 1 Exchange Rate...

This means Digital Fiat Dollars will become Electronic Cents, and Digital Cents will become Electronic Decimal Cents...

We need to add 99 Decimal Cents to our 99 Electronic Cents...

Add 1 more Decimal Cent, and we have 1 Electronic Dollar...

This will be needed to make change for a One Cent Coin, when using a Combination of Cash and Electronic Bank Cards...
