Long Beach Grand Prix
Hi Friends,
I wanted to share an item from my precious metals stack and let you know why I am a holder. Today’s edition is a once ounce silver round, commemorating the 1975 Long Beach Grand Prix:
I got this one a while back from a family member but have not been able to do much research on it. It is a bit obscure to find on the internet, but the commemorative coin seems to have a value, currently listed at $95 when you find it.
As a racing fan, this is a fun piece to have. As a collector, it is an interesting piece to have in the collection.

It seems to me that this is not a coin, but a commemorative medal! In any case, it is a very pleasant thing in the collection
