A Class Action Lawsuit against Bullion Banks for the Silver Price Rigging is something I have been talking about for over 2 years.
Should a Class Action Lawsuit be successful there would not be enough money in the World to cover all consequential, direct and indirect losses that have been suffered by Investors..!!
You are talking losses that would effectively run into the TRILLIONS of dollars..!!
By rigging the price of Silver you are effectively Rigging the entire fabric of the complete Global Financial System.
It is not just a matter of whether Spot Silver is $1, $10, $20, $50, or $100 but by Rigging the Spot Silver Price the knock on effect spreads through the entire Global Financial Chain like a CANCER..!!
A Class Action Lawsuit against SILVER PRICE RIGGING would be a once in a Century Financial Game Changer and one that would see asset re-pricing on an EPIC SCALE..!!
At under $20/oz Silver remains UNDERVALUED and BULLISH in a Bull Market that was triggered on 18 December 2015.
STRONG BUY and remains one of my STRONG TIPS for 2017..!!

If you strip out all the Silver Financial Instruments and Silver related Derivatives, Silver would be approx $700oz..!! It's the DERIVATIVES that are manipulating the price to divert profits. Stephen
Isn't it always??? They should shoot whoever came up with that brilliant idea! I've got about 30-40 lbs of bullion for a rainy day.
Trouble with DERIVATIVES they are totally unregulated and currently standing at a nominal value of $1,500 TRILLION ($1.5 Quadrillion) they effectively render the ENTIRE Global Market Unregulated. It's a joke really when people say it's a Free Market. It isn't and hasn't been since the mid '80's..!! Stephen
From what I've been told about that time Wall St hired a bunch of mathematicians with no background in finance and told them to get creative. Moving numbers around when they're just numbers is fine, but when the numbers represent somebody's savings...numbers have consequences!
