Who says technical analysis cannot work in a rigged market?

I called for a capitulative move in silver and it seems that the manipulators read my post. It didn't quite reach my target of $14 however which could mean that it's still going down again. Silver did rally quite strongly after the flash crash but has petered out. I'll be waiting before I start adding to my stack again.
