Market Update on Silver 7/15/2018

Silver is up against just about every currency in the world...except the dollar. So while we can rejoice for global holders of the metal we have to grind along as USD continues to strengthen.

So what is this chart trying to tell us? Higher? or Lower? The trendline is telling us it wants to test 15.69 again, but this also looks like a classic set-up to go higher. I say it goes higher and makes a run for median at 16.48 this week.
