I am predicting we shall start to see a substantial rise beginning in July, 2017. Things are beginning to seriously fall apart. Paper Currency is going for a nasty ride here soon. Look at what is currently happening in Illinois. Bankruptcy looms. True, manipulation is currently KING in the metals market and that will change this year. I'm banking on it. Good luck.
