A Man's political position should NEVER be considered in court, unless he has violated laws pertaining to politics!
Evidence acquired while violating that same person's Constitutional rights; must be thrown out! WE ARE NOT FRANCE, here a person is innocent until PROVEN guilty!
This needs to be investigated, and if found true, the judge should be disbarred; and this Man released. So many apparent errors, that this demands review!
Absolutely! It was such a farce trial, they need to rehear the case. The fact that the supreme court ruled they aren't going to shows that they've really dropped the ball.
I hate to see such an obvious legal failure! This is the kind of stuff that destroys confidence in the legal system!
The only step remaining, is a pardon, which was put in place to redress legal screw ups! They should contact President Trump!
