Silent killer under pillow.
The dark room, the particular heat and the beautiful bed are all thought to be the ideal sleeping place. But here you can not understand that silent killer is hidden for you. This is a killer that is harming your physical and mental health.
I was talking about smartphones. Because of having a smartphone in hand, many people keep their eyes on a Facebook post or intracamera news feed before sleeping. At one time, he fell asleep under his pillow. But you may not know how dangerous it is to put a mobile phone under the pillow or to some place near your sleep.
Researchers say that radiation emitted from a mobile phone can damage your brain and you may experience extreme headaches, muscular pain or other physical problems. Out of the 900 Mega Harez radiation released from the mobile, signals to destroy the effectiveness of the body.

Experts say, keep the mobile phone at least three feet away from you while sleeping. When you go to sleep, turn off the mobile phone switch or keep it in airplane mode. Many people sleeping on their mobile phone with their alarms. But when you know it's harmful for you then keep a real alarm clock. Some prefer to read e-books before printing to sleep. Experts have suggested to abandon such bad habit before sleeping to keep body and mind healthy.
