smile despite being sick

In this week the weather is very extreme, the heat of the sun suddenly heavy rain, the wind is also tight, maybe the weather changes are very erratic, consequently our smallest daughter was attacked by high fever and cough.
we were all very difficult, we had to take care of it for two nights, my wife was forced to go to work, sometimes high sometimes down to normal.
this morning the fever was high, we immediately took some leaves of herbs, squeezed it with water, alhamdulillah fever down. but his day fever rises again, currently he is playing with his brother, although still a bit fever but he forced himself to continue playing.
we predict the fever tonight to rise again, we have prepared for anticipation, my wife continuously applying herbal coconut oil (green coconut oil) in our child's head, I see coconut oil is very efficacious to reduce heat.
we all feel sad to see him holding back pain when coughing came, tonight the weather is very hot, after a fairly heavy rain this afternoon.

my wife was cleaning our daughter last night with hot water, giving her a little powder, enveloping her, she smiled as if being very healthy, we all know he was fever, he was not in a fit state.but we are very happy to see his smile ,,
