Big Mac Attack — do try this at home!
Hi friends,
So ever since i discovered the recipe for Big Mac sauce (goog it), and the perfect technique for frying crispy and juicy cheeseburgers, i have been wanting to make a double decker at home.
2 all beef patties, special sauce, cheese, lettuce, onions, pickels on a sesame bun was yesterday’s recipe — although i must admit i cheesed both patties for my creation (Mrs. D thought one slice would’a been enough...) Also, i used a fancy ass brioche bun from a new bakery in the hood. (Next time i will use the same bun ‘cause it was awesome, but i will add a sesame sprinkle to it.)
Okay, can i get a drum roll please?

I’m telling y’all — ya’ gotta’ try this burger! It satisfies the cravings for the rotten clown, ceases all hunger pangs with just a few chomps and is hella fun to eat.

I have made tbose before as well. I get fresh burger buns from the bakery and sacarfice the top of one for the middle piece. I toast the middle on both sides as well. Thats good eats brother.👍
The brioche buns were super tall so they worked perfect, but i like your moves!
Next time i will make smaller patties too, lol, i think i was a little too excited 😁😜😂
