Nope I don't why some graffiti are crossed... But it's a weird construction, a passage between metro and habitation as you can see on Google Maps :

there are rumors that we in germany have some police officers who cross graffiti to demotivate graffiti writer.
Oh... I didn't know about this technique to discourage street-artists.
