Cowardly Mohammad Torrance
A Short Story
by thehway

Mohammad Torrance looked at the ribbed teapot in his hands and felt surprised.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his industrial surroundings. He had always loved industrial Bangkok with its gleaming, green gates. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel surprised.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Jenny Ferguson. Jenny was a courageous bear with short fingernails and brown hands.

Mohammad gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a cowardly, rude, port drinker with curvaceous fingernails and scrawny hands. His friends saw him as a filthy, fat friend. Once, he had even saved a successful owl that was stuck in a drain.

But not even a cowardly person who had once saved a successful owl that was stuck in a drain, was prepared for what Jenny had in store today.

The wind blew like partying hamsters, making Mohammad sad.

As Mohammad stepped outside and Jenny came closer, he could see the magnificent glint in her eye.

Jenny gazed with the affection of 4327 forgetful homely hamsters. She said, in hushed tones, "I love you and I want peace."

Mohammad looked back, even more sad and still fingering the ribbed teapot. "Jenny, get out of my house," he replied.

They looked at each other with calm feelings, like two pretty, powerful puppies talking at a very proud Christening, which had jazz music playing in the background and two stable uncles loving to the beat.

Suddenly, Jenny lunged forward and tried to punch Mohammad in the face. Quickly, Mohammad grabbed the ribbed teapot and brought it down on Jenny's skull.

Jenny's short fingernails trembled and her brown hands wobbled. She looked lonely, her emotions raw like a rabblesnatching, real ruler.

Then she let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later Jenny Ferguson was dead.

Mohammad Torrance went back inside and made himself a nice glass of port.

THE END

Wow and Mohammad is a coward? Lolz... what will he do with her corpse? I really like the image of swinging her on the head with the teapot, I'm almost certain that courage came from fear. Lolz, trust that its the courage he got from his cowardice that I'm appluading not the kill. Love your story @thehway
