Retailers have the right to advertise to real people with real interest in their products.
Retailers have the right to respectfully offer personal service to shoppers and show them products that shoppers are most likely to want.
Retailers have the right to deal directly with consumers, exchanging value for their data.
Retailers have the right to create a distinctive shopping experience and maintain full control over their brand.
Retailers have the right to become stronger by cooperating with other retailers while still preserving competitive advantage.
