What Just Happen Now to North Phoenix Police Officers

Few moment ago today there has being a shooting in the down town of North Phoenix, between the Phoenix Police Officers and a man who was refusing to obey and take instruction from them.

I witnessed from the Phoenix police officers reported that the man was armed with gun and open fire on the scene.

But he was eventually gun down and killed.

The place was reportedly lock down for some hours, before it was finally later open.
